I have rented several vehicles from this location. Each experience was the same, fantastic! They picked me up before and dropped me off after each rental. They always put me in a great vehicle at a great price. Much appreciation goes out to Ivar, Melisa and the rest of the team!
The worst customer service ever. Meliissa grajales should not be working with people. She is nasty, rude, obnoxious and should not be representing this company. She treated me horribly. I will wright a letter to the president of this company. And I will also be adding all the complaints about her on this thread from other people . I will never go back there again.
About a month ago I went in for a consult about renting a car to go cross-country with my family. Recommendations were made and they even let us check out our options. I want to say I received a great offer of $1500 including fees/milage for a one way trip. We decided on a minivan for extra leg room. The day of pick-up came and everything went smoothly, no surprise fees and happy to see we even got a better Mini-van than expected. Made it cross-country in the 2017 Chrysler Pacific.
I have been a client of Enterprice for years but today by far I experienced the best customer service by far. Nick the assistant manager was the biggest help I received today which made things a lot easier. I am getting married in two days and I needed a car a day earlier than the original day of the reservation but they didn't have a car available so when Nick answer the phone I explained my cituation and he promised he was going to try to get me a car by the end of he day. I was so nervous that I was not going to get it but Nick kept me posted on the phone all day until he made it happened and called me with great news and also help me to park my car on the side rode so I could take the rental. I still have a lot to do but i decided to take the time to write this because Nick absolutely deserves it !!!!
I tend to rent from this satellite office as often as I need a car and am in the West New York area. They have decent prices, clean and good cars (I don't think I've gotten one above 40k miles so far) and a prompt and friendly staff.
